centered. yoga is a Baptiste-inspired, music-driven training practice built around breath, strength, mobility, and presence — supporting balance and recovery for real bodies.
At the core of the practice is a steady framework I call the Power Within Sequence — a breath-led flow designed to build strength, balance, rhythm, and familiarity over time. Most sessions begin here, establishing a strong foundation before the practice evolves based on what you need that day. From there, the practice can move toward slower grounded flow, mobility work, or quieter yin-inspired restorative work depending on what you need that day. Everything remains rooted in the same structure of breath and rhythm.
This isn’t about performing or looking impressive.
You don’t have to be flexible or ready — you just have to show up.

Private sessions are available in Newburyport, either in my heated studio or at your location.*
Each session is tailored to where you are — whether that means building strength, refining fundamentals, or simply creating space to move and breathe.
Partner and small-group sessions are welcome.
