BLUE BOTTLE • ROBERT MOTHERWELL

This collection was inspired by Robert Motherwell’s collage work, particularly his use of everyday materials to create contemporary abstract compositions. I was also drawn to Andy Warhol’s repetition of familiar commercial imagery, especially his iconic soup cans.

Using cups from Blue Bottle, one of my favorite coffee brands, I brought an everyday object from my own life into the work, combining collage, abstraction, and repetition to create this playful Pop-inspired series.
